Ezreal can 1v1 Lucian once you’re both at 2 items, but you HAVE to land your qs against him or he’ll tear you to shreds. Going iceborne makes the 1v1s easier, but not by a lot. If you get the jump on him and ult him from a bush, he’s probably 100% done for, assuming you’re at least close to even + you’ve got some damage at least.
